Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or claim refund.


We only accept exchange/return/refund if - 


  • Wrong Product has been delivered.
  • Damaged product has been delivered.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also note that items that on sale (meaning any kind of sale i.e. BOGO, Clearance Sale, Festive Offers) are not eligible of any type of return, refund or exchange. We wont be providing compensations foe the items that are purchased on sale. 


An unpacking video will be considered as a pre-requisite for any type of exchange/return/refund. Please attach the videos and pics of damaged item in the mail when requesting for a exchange/return/refund


To start a return, you can contact us at or DM us via Instagram. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
